Description: The Seaboard Marine Cargo Terminal Redevelopment Phase II (4 of 5) project consists of upgrading existing utility infrastructure and pavement for approximately eight (8) acres to improve the efficiency of cargo operations. The area within the phase of the project will primarily be used for heavy equipment and container storage.
