At JVA, we understand that Construction is a high-hazard industry, where daily activities often expose workers to diverse types of risks. At the same time, we are well aware that with proper training and safety measures in place, these risks can be sensibly mitigated. For this reason, JVA strictly enforces a robust set of safety policies and practices both at the office as well as at the construction site.

Our safety management team believes that every possible accident or injury is preventable if procedures are properly communicated and enforced, a plan of action is in place, and management is at the vanguard in safety measures, leading by example at all times, all the time.

Types of Practices in place to Promote Safety

  • Site-specific Safety Plan.

  • Training Program for Workers and Subcontractors.

  • Conducting Regular Project Safety Audits with Foremen/Superintendents.

  • Open-door Policy to report incidents.

  • OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Training administered to all job site workers.
